To provide customers with flexible and convenient options, Dat Bike allows unlimited combinations of payment methods, which may vary by store, including cash, bank transfer, e-wallets, international payment cards, and more.

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• E-wallets: Momo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay, Viettel Money
• International payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Union Pay, American Express
• Domestic payment cards (Napas) issued by 40 banks
• Installment payments via credit card or finance companies

2.1 Payment Methods

2.1.2 E-wallet

E-wallet payments can be used when purchasing on dat.bike or via a payment link generated by Dat Bike staff.

2.1.3 Card Payment (Full Payment)

This payment method supports all international payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay) and domestic payment cards (Napas) issued both in Vietnam and overseas.

2.4 Card Payment (Installments)

When using this payment method, in addition to the total order value, customers will be required to pay additional fees (e.g., installment conversion fee, processing fee, etc.) as regulated by the card-issuing bank.

These fees will be added directly to the total order value and divided equally across the monthly installment terms selected by the customer.

This method is applicable to credit cardholders issued in Vietnam by 28 participating banks.

II. Payment Process

1. Payment for Bike Orders

• Deposit: When it is your turn for bike delivery, Dat Bike will notify you to complete the remaining payment within 7 to 20 days before receiving the bike.
• Full Payment: When it is your turn for delivery, Dat Bike will notify you to proceed with full payment and receive your bike..

Notes:

• The delivery order will be arranged based on the completion time of full payment.
• If the customer cancels the order after full payment, Dat Bike will deduct a handling fee and any applicable bank or finance company transaction fees (if any) before refunding the remaining balance.

2. Payment for Orders of Parts, Accessories, or Service Fees (Maintenance, Repair, Transportation)

Customers are required to make full payment in one transaction before Dat Bike proceeds with product delivery (parts, accessories) or returns the bike after maintenance or repair.

Note:

• NIf customers wish to combine multiple payment methods for a single order, a Dat Bike representative will assist in splitting the payment accordingly.

III. Disclaimer

Customers must contact their card-issuing bank to ensure the transaction is recorded correctly under the selected payment method.

Dat Bike shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from installment transactions, including but not limited to compensation, damages, or other liabilities.

This policy is effective from October 26, 2024, until further notice from Dat Bike.
